Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- None

ARs:

- Mike update DLL_Checking_draft.docx
  - Done

- Mike resolve IBISCHK message parameter count issues.
  - Done

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No report.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


User Guide:
- Mike showed the IBISCHK message spreadsheet sent by Atul 16 Feb 2016
- Bob: This update should be draft 11
  - The User Guide will 6.1.2_wip1

Parser development:
- Bob: We are checking 6.1.2 source now.
  - It looks like BUG173 is fixed.
  - I haven't checked BUG172 yet.
  - The source is in the dist area.
  - The RedHat needs to be compiled
  - Should we compile 64bit Windows?
- Mike: We have only a 32 bit Makefile
  - I can try to create a Makefile
  - Curtis Clark may have one
  - This is not high priority
- Bob: I could ask Atul to create one
  - We need to vote to close the bugs.
- Mike: That should be done well after public release.
- Bob: They should be marked closed before it is released.
- Mike: There is no reason to hold a vote then.
- Bob: Agree.

AR: Bob ask Atul for 64 bit Windows IBISCHK Makefile

- Mike showed the IBISCHK6 web page.
- Mike: This needs to be updated.

AR: Mike update IBISCHK web page for 6.1.2


AMI Executable checking:

- Mike: I will keep working on the DLL/SO checking specification and upload it.
